custom search box url

Hello,

I’m using the newspaper theme with the dental look website.
I want to change the search box into a custom search url (search.mydomain.com/?q={query}).
This search url is managed not by wordpress, I just want to change the form action url into this one and change the input text name into q.
I can’t find a way to do it.
Can you please help?
