Hi – I am using the newsletter plugin and have inserted the HTML code for the embedded MailerLite form, but I keep getting an error message saying the “configuration is not correct”. I have followed the guidelines in the support documentation. What is going on?

Yes, I checked the MailerLite box in the Newspletter element.
I tried the column next, the form doesn’t appear formatted properly there but it does appear.
I am copying the HTML code directly from MailerLite. I tried the shortcode for the form, that doesn’t seem to work anywhere either.

Please verify if adding additional code is required in the head section.

I am using the MailerLite plugin, which automatically adds the universal tracking code needed, so that is not the issue.

Tried this, no luck. Removed the plugin and inserted code. Inserting the HTML in the tagdiv newsletter plugin still returns the error message ‘configuration is not correct’
