Hello,
I’ve noticed an inconsistency between the submenu displayed on my template’s header and the menu settings I’ve configured. Could you please advise on the possible reasons for this discrepancy?
Thank you.

Hello,
I’ve checked the plugins and found that there’s no conflict with the tagDiv template. The issue occurred when I was adjusting the hierarchical structure of the website menu. Since this menu belongs to a large menu segment of the main menu, I’ve tried various methods but couldn’t resolve it. Below, I’ve provided the backend management link of the website and an explanation of the website’s hierarchical structure. Could you please help me check the issue?
Thank you.

Hello!
I can see that you use mega menus: https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/ and ID pages as well. And another menu list here: https://app.screencast.com/JJk9eR5YGGONg that is standard for each item. You should let mega menus or to display the pages you’ve created: 1464,1459, but choose a menu to display there that should be different.
Thank you!
Hello,
The website template looks almost exactly as it did when I purchased and installed it. The changes to the menu likely occurred towards the end of my website setup in the past few days. Despite following tutorials and your guidance, I’ve tried various experiments multiple times, but I couldn’t restore it. The adjustments you made today have altered the original appearance. The screenshot I’ve provided below represents the effect I need, which is also how the website template looked when purchased and installed.
Regarding the issue with the Trends and Diversity submenus not being properly categorized within their respective mega menus, please assist me in restoring it. I deeply appreciate your help, and I’ll also take the time to understand these settings in the backend so that I can learn to use them properly in the future.
Thank you.
Hello,
as shown in the screenshot, the 8 sub-menus are displayed in the same list, which is incorrect. They should be displayed under their respective main menu. I have provided a correct mockup for reference.
Thank you!
Hello, thank you for your assistance.
The submenu categories you created are correct, but the menu doesn’t have the large menu effect as in the original template. I’ve taken another screenshot of it. Could you please help me adjust it?
Thank you very much.
