I have accidently tried to install a new theme as I wasnt aware that it will delete and overwrite, I have lost all my settings and changes. I am wondering how can I rollback to previously installed theme. Please help

I don’t work here; but only way to do that is to ‘restore’ from back up you should have done prior to making any changes. If your hosting provider does backups, they might have older backup if very recent (like “yesterday”). You can try reinstalling original theme to see if any of the theme datatables are still there.
