Just to clarify, i did check database encoding, it is ok, i did try switching theme, works fine.
When using the theme, some of the icons don’t seem to appear in frontend, even the theme default icons like arrows > <. For xample fontawesome icons work fine. Still dashboard and comments as on screenshot attached not, no error logs, i cannot understand the issue though.
Here are screenshots, backend ok, frontend not ok.

Found the issue lol, for everyone who somehow reaches this issue, if you have custom css or somewhere in styles, body *…
remove the “*” issue solved
