1. I have a problem when selecting the translation to the “Serbian” language, the problem occurs on the post page, and on the “leaders” page, which was created in elementor + ACF.

I don’t recommend using the Elementor plugin with cloud templates because errors can appear. Also, I can’t see the post because you have this error -> https://i.imgur.com/tOQceYZ.png

The eroor that shows up on my posts is exactly the one you took a picture.
When I turn on the translations on your topic and set the translation to “Serbian”(in theme settings) only then an error occurs on the posts, the posts are not made in elementor but through your topic.
What to do?
