What do I need to change to stop this (pull quote? Box Quote?) I want it to look like normal text, not blue, not uppercase.

Hello,
There are some styles available in the Gutenberg editor https://i.imgur.com/cm4ds8v.png, or you can create your own custom CSS code. Please check this topic with a similar question -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/is-it-possible-that-no-one-has-asked-a-question-about-changing-blockquote-style/. You can edit the style with the tagDiv composer, depending on what you want to achieve.
