It could be a plugin conflict or a security module that blocks this action.
Make a test and deactivate all plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache, and try again.

If the payment is made via Stripe and there are two plugins using this option, then errors may occur as it contains some common libraries/classes. I have added this bug to our bug list, and it will be investigated.
