Hello I meet all the requirments of the theme but when I click to add a Header template from the cloud it doest load and I am stuck in the window at search, what is wrong and how can I fix it ? Thanks!

Please check the console while this is happening and see which error you encounter there.
Make sure you do not use a security plugin or any other plugin that may interfere there.

Make sure you use the latest update of the theme and plugins, WordPress and PHP version.
Make a test and deactivate all plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache, and try again.

System status are all green, latest updates all plugins, test it out same results, deactivated all plugins except the tagdivs same results,
use the cache plugin only that you suggest in the system status same results,
Never faced this issue with the same themes on other domains, but domain in the same hosting server too.
