I have been trying to connect my Facebook and Instagram business pages to my Newsmag site at idc.oceantribe.co . Facebook provided the user ID 10160094871433059 and says it is connected but I still get the following message
“Could not find Business Profile
It looks like this Facebook Account is not currently connected to an Instagram/Facebook Business profile or theme’s application has not been authorized to access data for any of the Instagram/Facebook Pages managed by this this Facebook Account.”
How do I resolve this to connect my Facebook Business page and Instagram business accounts
Hi Anamarie, Thanks but it doesn’t seem to work. I get a connected motion and it returns me to the page where it says not connected.
The domain the theme and wordpress is installed on is a subdomain. idc.oceantribe.co . Could that be an issue as I know it is with recaptcha?
