Update to 12.6.6 ruined my site!

I updated to 12.6.6 as recommended by the system. A disaster.
Design of the homepage was completely gone. I was using a static page created in Tagdiv Composer. It seems that some of the old modules (I was using a regular blog module 20 – image on the left, text on the right) are no longer supported. The offer of new modules is poor.

Fonts changed. A silly subheadline was added to my logo (Discover the art of publishing – WTF?) I never used nor wanted a subheadline.

Worse still, clicking on an article (after I repaired the static home page) results in an error (some kind of booster error).

This all happened due to a routine update of the software!

Using the time machine and going back to 12.6.4 did not help!

I require that you guys immediately fix this issue. My website is down because of your poorly prepared and poorly communicated “upgrade”.

The website is at

I hate the new look of the homepage but I just had to cook something quickly to have the home page operational.

Hello,

You had the tagdiv Standard pack plugin disabled, but this plugin is deprecated.
Now I checked, and it seems you have activated the plugin.

Thank you!

Let me answer. Your advice by email was to activate the Standard pack plugin. I had to install it as it was not in my system and activate it. It did help – it restored my good old blocks and modules. And the old design is back, including the fonts etc. I honestly do not understand what happened with this module and its functionalities. When was it deprecated and was the change correctly communicated to users, such as myself? I certainly haven’t noticed the memo. Anyways, it works now and that’s what matters.

I will be double careful next time before updating to a new version of the tagdiv theme – these surprises do not work for me.

Thank you

Hello,

We have long recommended using the cloud template and discontinuing the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin.

Thank you!

Ok, thank you, noted. For now I will stick with the good old standard pack as it has been working well for years. I certainly do not recollect deactivating or even deleting that plugin – never actually saw it listed in my list of plugins to start with – but I am glad to have it back. Thank you
