Hi – I have a real estate for sale directory. Is it possible to create a contact form that sends property enquiries directly to the email address of the user who listed the property, so that they know that the referral is from my site?

Ideally, a modal pop up button in the property page template. When a user interested in a property clicks on it, it opens a contact form where they can enter their details. When clicking ‘submit’, this form is emailed to the user who owns/paid for the property listing, ie. the estate agent or agency. The email would need to include the name of my site so that the realtor/agency knows the referral came from my site.
