?rel=0 For Playlist and Main Video

I was wondering where do I go to add ?rel=0 for the playlist YouTube video one. And also for the main one on sidebar when I am posting for that type of style.

I tried the add ?rel=0 at the end of the Featured Video it didn’t work.
