The theme doesn’t come with a header customize option for the category pages, you can only set a global header. It’s only possible with modifications on the code but it’s not an easy task, my suggestion is to hire a professional developer to make this modification for you. We plan to improve this section in a future update but i cannot provide a date for this implementation, we have a lot of features on the list and we have to take them one by one.

Not sure what you mean by “home page to update post a subdomain” for a subdomain like the fashion stack you would need another setup. Each category page can only be customized from theme panel > categories using the available options there other changes would need to be done at the code level.

and why not enable an independent header option for pages, this would solve the problem. The old theme that had used this option and solve the problem.

Unfortunately the theme doesn’t have an option to set a different header for pages or categories, like Emil already stated we plan to improve this section, but we have a lot of features on the list and cannot provide a date for this. You can achieve this only with custom modifications, unfortunately we cannot offer custom work at this time as we work hard on development fixes and support.
