Limit fields characters in the front end submission forms

I’m using ACF plugin, and I have limited the characters of each text field, in the back end it works perfectly, but in the front end submission form it does not work, if it’s possible to implement this possibility in the future update it would be awesome.

I have a front end submission form, and for each text field I have enabled “Character Limit” in the field group in the acf plugin. But when someone fill the fields in the front end submission form, he still can submit the form successfully. So the character limit doesn’t work in the front submission forms.

So each time I edit each submission manually and remove the exceeded characters before publishing the submission.

So hopefully you’ll synchronize the characters limit from the acf plugin to the front end submission form.
