Wordpress was updated to 6.5.4 and now Posts are not publishing when scheduled.
How can this be fixed? The site cannot be restored to the previous version as it is a news site that is constantly being updated.

I think this issue relates to WordPress and not the theme. You can do a test using a default theme.
