How i add in cagtegories url from my categories

Hey , how can i add in categories url to show only post from specificate categorie and not all , and how i add in one categorie show only recent post , and other categorie show only post from categorie 1 , other only post from categorie 2 https://i.imgur.com/3iBmdxX.png https://i.imgur.com/zB6YD7e.png
