Hello.
My client bought this theme. I took a look at the settings etc. and I see it’s very heavy, loading a quite a lot of scripts, and some elements are not correctly built in terms of speed. The best speed score I can get is about 60-70. Anyway, I’d like to ask – if he bought this theme, would it be possible to use just this design (specifically Urban Observer) and apply it to his current theme? Would it be against your policy?

Hello Radan!
You can use the design. But the demo won’t work without the Newspaper theme and the tagdiv plugins.
