Dear Support,
I am a bit lost. I recently noticed that my in-article ads (I use revive ad server) are not appearing. The only posttype it works is a customized posttype for my reviews. On all other posts (including some custom posttypes) they do not appear. I can’t figure out why. I hope you can help me.
Hello!
Please provide more information(screenshots/video) about what exactly is the issue there.
A solution for sending a screenshot/video is this:
Download, capture, and send: https://www.techsmith.com/jing-tool.html
After making the screenshot, you will have a link; paste it here.
Thank you!
Hi Bettina,
Thank you for the quick reply.
If you look at a review like this one, you can see that there is an ad in the post (afther 3rd paragraph).
If you look at any other posttype, like a news article, you can see that ads are not loading.
I have entered the ad-code via the ‘Ads’ menu of the Newspaper-theme (Article inline ad). I added the code that is necessary for ‘non-google-ads’.
Hello!
Unfortunately, I can’t see any ad even here: https://app.screencast.com/AMKAsNm8lqKSU
Thank you!
Hello,
Unfortunately, I don’t see the ads in the content, only in the sidebar -> https://i.imgur.com/CEf4WDm.png Can you please provide screenshots from your side?
Thank you!
This is exactly the issue: news-articles, just like background stories, videocast-articles, etc, don’t show the banner. Only reviews. I can’t figure out why that is: I have entered the ad-code via the ‘Ads’ menu of the Newspaper-theme (Article inline ad). I added the code that is necessary for ‘non-google-ads’. So, why is it not showing up?
Here you can see three screenshots: one with the ad-code, a screenshot of an ad visible in a review, and a screenshot of a news-article (normal post) without the ad visible.
Hope this helps.
Hi,
You need to check the code from the child theme and the code’s structure from our theme https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/
Thank you!
Hi,
Unfortunately, since we don’t know exactly what’s in the child theme, it might be necessary for a developer to check the code, which can only be done through custom work. The minimum cost for a project is $450, which includes 10 hours. It’s possible that this investigation could take less time, and in that case, we can also offer you a site health check if you wish.
Thank you!
