I’m having problems with the panel on the “my account” page, I installed it from scratch, I didn’t activate any other plugins other than those for the theme and the first time I logged in, everything went fine, but after a few minutes the panel got bugged and when will I go? trying to edit shows this error “Error at zones: 6(models) : 5(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z )”

Hello @DavidCLM !
This issue with the error from Composer has also been discussed here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/errors-at-columns-elements-5/.
Please make sure you did all the steps that I mentioned here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/errors-at-columns-1models-0dom-the-model-does-not-match-the-content-curr/
Thank you!
I’ve tried all these steps and nothing works, it only works when I go back to the factory translation or disconnect the page from the Opt-In Builder plugin. In other words, the page bugs when I use the Portuguese translation of the theme and when I register it in the Opt-In Builder plugin.

Yes, every time I use the theme translation to Portuguese and connect the “my account” page to the Opt-In Builder plugin, the page bugs out, but it has to be both things. If I connect the page to the Opt-In Builder plugin and don’t use the theme translation, the page doesn’t bug out. If I use the theme translation and don’t connect it to the Opt-In Builder plugin, the page doesn’t bug out either. Very strange and confusing…

Hello!
I tested it on my end and did not encounter this issue.
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache, and try again.
If the problem is still there, then please get in touch with us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin URL and credentials
– cPanel URL and credentials
– a link to this topic to identify you
I will check and try to help you as soon as possible!
Thank you!
Hi Bettina,
I am reaching out to this thread because I am experiencing **exactly the same problem** as DavidCLM, and I am also from Brazil.
My “My Account” page works fine on all endpoints (Subscriptions, Account Details, etc.), but the **Dashboard (Painel de Controle) tab throws the “Critical Error” message**.
DavidCLM mentioned that you provided a resolution for this specific issue related to the Portuguese/Brazilian translation.
Could you please provide me with the same solution? I am happy to implement it immediately.
Thank you very much for your support!
Hi rumosdabolsa,
I think there can be something related to the accent text and the translation configuration for %1$s under the theme panel > translation https://i.imgur.com/sS7MLvP.png https://imgur.com/nZ2Mtax
I hope this will help you!
