Combining elements of Newspaper and Newsmag

I own a license to both Newspaper and Newsmag and really like elements of both of them. I would like to use Newspaper as a base theme, but want to include a few elements from the Newsmag theme, such as the sticky sidebars, post templates, and other design elements like the share buttons.

Is it possible to combine these elements somehow? Perhaps through the use of a child theme? Please let me know what is possible.

If you look through the recent threads here for Newspaper – often a good idea to know whassup with the theme — you might notice that they hope to have Newspaper 5 ready to go “really very soon now” … as in “almost done for real…”

And Newspaper 5 has the added features from Newsmag.

You cannot combine features from both themes any other way.

Hi,

Unfortunately it is not possible elements between themes, but like Christopher said Newspaper 5 will contain most of the features that are available on Newsmag.
