La pagina de portada tarda entre 120 y segundos en dar respuesta, y la unica opcion es deshabilitar los plugins de tagdiv, esa pagina de portada pesa 5mb, relativamente nada.

The problem seems to be only on homepage, if you navigate between articles the site is loading normally. So the problem is with the elements you have on the homepage. Please do a test set a different page as homepage, preferable a normal page and see if the situation is improved (most possible to be from some extra elements that have been added on the homepage).
