Responsive Design Challenges: Switching Between Desktop and Mobile Views

I don’t understand why, when I design the mobile view for my website, the desktop view changes to the mobile view. After 2 hours, the desktop view returns to normal as it was originally, but the mobile view that I designed disappears and changes to the desktop view.

Let me clarify. I am using the W3 Total Cache plugin on WordPress and the Newspaper theme. Whenever I make changes to my site, such as placing ads or changing the layout for mobile/desktop, my site automatically experiences errors for several hours. The error I encounter is that the desktop view changes to mobile, and the mobile view changes to desktop. However, after a few hours, the desktop and mobile views return to normal by themselves. Is there a solution to my problem to prevent the display errors for several hours?

This is a cache problem. Please try to disable all the caching tools that you are using and see the result.
