Please also provide the structure of the subcategory of the primary category for which you want to create the mega menu.
If you have a parent category with subcategories https://i.imgur.com/ScOzLD5.png -> https://i.imgur.com/9F8KosV.png, please ensure that you only select the parent category for the mega menu.
