The template I am using has a search-field at top of the main page, which is a function that I like and want to keep. But how do I make it work? I wish to keep a visitor on the current page and make the search in the field on top of the page and not be transfered to a specific ”search page”. I enclose an image of what is looks like; I have blurred visual information that I don’t whish to display and also don’t think is relevant.

The modal will only open the page. But the element from the modal page will open the search template, and there are no settings to disable the search template from opening.

I don´t understand the question. I am not familiar with ”header live search” or ”modal page” and believe it is nevertheless possible to respond effectively.
