The template I am using has a search-field at top of the main page, which is a function that I like and want to keep. But how do I make it work? I wish to keep a visitor on the current page and make the search in the field on top of the page and not be transfered to a specific ”search page”. I enclose an image of what is looks like; I have blurred visual information that I don’t whish to display and also don’t think is relevant.
Image here.

That response was unfortunately of no help. What do I need to do, in regard to the image that I enclosed?
I don´t understand the question. I am not familiar with ”header live search” or ”modal page” and believe it is nevertheless possible to respond effectively.
Hello!
In order to avoid misunderstandings, please provide more information(screenshots/video) about what exactly you need to achieve.
A solution for sending a screenshot/video is this:
Download, capture, and send: https://www.techsmith.com/jing-tool.html
After making the screenshot, you will have a link; paste it here.
Thank you!
A screen shot was provided at a working link in the very first post along with a description of what I want to achieve: ”I wish to keep a visitor on the current page and make the search in the field on top of the page and not be transfered to a specific ´search page´.” Awaiting reply/support.
Hello!
There is no setting in the theme to achieve that.
