Hello, i use newspaper with the prebuilt “magazine pro” theme. I like it, but now i have a problem.
My website is a site for hiking tours, with tracks and a lot of pictures from my hikes. I see, the newspaper gallery for my have to less options. So i installed the foo gallery plugin, and have the problem, that the previews (imageviewer) are “white”? Only the first picture is loading, sometimes 12 pictures, sometimes 16 … but the rest (of 42) stay white. But if i klick on a picture, in the lightbox everything is fine, all pictures here, steering is ok, everything runs. But the preview stays white.
So i think, maybe is the bug in the foo gallery, and installed another one: 10web gallery. Here i have the same problem, so i think, maybe the conflict is in the newspaper theme? Have you anything experience with this problem and is there a solution?

Unfortunately, those plugins have not been tested with the theme. Can you please let me know what option you need for the gallery?

The foo gallery (which is on the website i posted) is just a slider gallery. You can scroll the pictures forward or back in a block on the website. And here only the 1st picture is ok. If i scroll forward, the pictures stayed white. But if i click on a white picture, the lightbox opens and here is everything ok. The same is in the 10web gallery.
The Option i nedd is the pictures to show … (don’t understand exactly what you meaned with “which option do you need”)
Can you tell me which gallery plugins are tested with newspaper, also? Maybe i take a look and maybe one of these are ok for my thousand of pictures..

I want a gallery which can be displayed in several styles. Sometimes grid, sometimes slider, with lightshow and light background, also with option to turn the thumbnails under the slider on or off. The cause are my different categories. I want not everywhere the same gallery style. If this is possible with your gallery it would be great 🙂
Expecially to change the background to light and without the thumbs in the slider … but with lightshow (also with light background).
i used your gallery plugin in my sites, but i see the possibilities are a little bit few. But i like your theme very much. Only the gallery …. 🙂

Something new … on the iPhone and iPad theres no problem with the foo gallery?!? Only on desktop …

ok, seems to be, as my problem is solved – but in the custom css the code you send me: the words “body” and “img” are red colored with a red brake icon on the left side outside the code … is this a problem for the future?
