Wont allow me to upload video

It will not properly upload video any more, Says it is unsupported format now.WHY?

wordpress has a maximum php file size limit by default, and some files misnamed may not upload…not managed by themes.

Hello jimweese, as simchris mentioned, it is possible to be related to upload limitation, for this you can check this guide: How to Increase the Maximum File Upload Size in WordPress.
Normally our theme is not interfering with the uploading system from the WordPress.
