Block appearing when I scroll up

When I scroll down, a fews times, AND THEN I scroll up, there’s a bloc appearing… How to stop that please ?

You didn’t see it because it’s not the Newspaper theme.

So, if you are referring to this block -> https://i.imgur.com/85E8bCN.png this is caused by a plugin conflict, with the WP BAKERY plugin.
We do not encourage you to use Wp Bakery at all. Please note that the WP Bakery has a conflict with the tagDiv Composer. Please use only one builder and not both. So, I gladly recommend you to shift from WPBakery to Composer, because WPBakery is an old builder plugin.
