Is it possible to have a Default Blog featured Image? Like this “Default Blog Title Background Image”

Hello,
You can set a featured image for each post here https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image-or-video-7/
So if the posts don’t have the featured image, then they will display a blank thumb; you can set a placeholder.
You can set a Placeholder in Theme Panel -> Blocks Settings -> https://i.imgur.com/mo0Cbu2.png
