I am developing a website and had the license on a previous website which has been decommissioned. I selected the wrong website to transfer the license and now it’s locked and I got a message saying I can’t reassign until October! This is absolutely ridiculous; I reached out to support and no response a day later.
I really need to get this done and need options to resolve this asap.
Same issue is being faced by me. Please help

To help you with this problem you’ll need to contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com, provide the license key and make sure that the domain that should not use the key is no longer use that license key or is no longer use the theme or is no longer exists.
