I recently purchased a new license key but am having trouble adding it to my domain because it is already registered with a previous key. I need to know how to unregister the current domain so I can add the new license. The process has been very confusing, and I’m on a tight deadline to activate the theme and start building. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please contact us via email and provide the wp-admin access to the websites and the license certificate. Let us know what license for what domain you want to assign.
