Theme Panel Post tab missing ‘Feature Image’ controls

Hey Friends,

I have am implementing a new theme on one of my existing sites and trying to remove the feature image from the post page. But, not from the post. As I need it for thumbnails.

I would like to remove the feature image in order to make the post page present just the content.
