Comments not showing up even though they are enabled

Hello,

Long story short, after few years of using the same template (Default PRO), I tested another prebuilt template (Black Version PRO). Once I enabled this theme, I got “There has been a critical error on this website.” message. I disabled all the plugins, then I re-enabled them one by one. It seems like tavDiv Social COunter caused the issue. So i deactivated it and delete and the website was working again. But now, multiple settings I enable are not working. The most important, the comments. They are enabled in both Newspaper theme settings – template settings as well as in Settings – Discussion. I also disabled author, time, and other settings, they are not working. Any idea how can I solve this issue?

Many thanks in advance.

Thanks,
D.

Ok, comments are now available after I changed to Single Post Template – Default PRO, but the rest of the settings are still not working. I disabled the date and the author but they still show up.

Hi danielm210, you are using a pro demo and this needs to be edited using the tagDiv Composer, not the theme panel, the theme panel settings are only fir the templates provided by the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin. So in your case you’ll need to edit the single post template using tagDiv Composer and add/remove the elements – https://i.imgur.com/rrP45hR.pnghttps://i.imgur.com/qGUSGwY.png
I hope this will help you!
