The date of the articles on the homepage is displayed in Chinese and cannot be changed. What’s going on?

Please let me know what language you use as a default on the website. You need to change this date format and set your format https://i.imgur.com/7c8Hs0y.png -> https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/customize-date-and-time-format/
Also, if you can not solve it, please provide screenshots.
