Hi, For my website https://aapkafaida.com/ the GTMetrix has recommended to reduce the DOM size as it is impacting the site performance. Current DOM Size is 4128 elements. Please give me the guidance / recommendations on how to reduce the DOM size.

use fewer elements, and add some text on home page about the site. Then retest. Also, home pages generally have more elements. Try testing your about page, or a post.
