Hi, I wanted a different big grid style on mobile compared to desktop version. Is it possible?

Yes, you need to create a mobile page: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/. Also, please enable mobile cache from your cache plugin to avoid the issue of having the mobile page on the desktop version.
