I created a plan with 1 listing publishing rights, but the submission form still sends more when user tries to submit listing. The submission form also still sends when not logged in. It ignores the restrictions. What is happening please?

Hello,
Please let me know if you test this using the admin role; if yes, then the limit does not apply. Please create a new user with the subscriber/author/contributor role and check after.
