User registration Not Working ??

Hi I tested the user registration form but is not working.

I’m using menu login, which goes to login/register page when I click register.

On the settings>”Anyone can register” is checked and I have tried all user roles (subscriber, author, owner, contributor) and none of them work.

Opt-in Builder option for page is set to “login/register” page also.

I cleared cache, did hard reload and cache and I also used another browser in private mode. Still not working.

After completing registration form I click “register”, nothing happens.

Also, when I try to register without filling in the details, it does not even produce the errors. Just nothing happens :/
