I would like to know if you have any recommendation in order to duplicate my current website.
To give you a little bit of context my current website is a travel guide about Australia and I want to duplicate it completely to keep the same structure, the same design, the same settings, the same plugings, the same articles, etc as a starting point, in order to modify it to be a travel guide about new zealand.
How should I proceed?
I will of course pay for a 2nd license for the newspaper theme.

You can use the duplicator plugin https://duplicator.com/how-to-migrate-wordpress-site/
Using the import/export option from the theme will allow you to import only the theme panel settings, the cloud templates go in tool > export – https://i.imgur.com/3Wxk885.png then to import you need to go in tool > import then install the wordpress importer and clink on run import – https://i.imgur.com/tyxoVvg.png

So just to make sure, is it the right order:
1- I use the duplicator plugin
2- I use the import/export option from the theme
Then how and when do add the new license for the theme? once step 1 and step 2 are done?

So you have a new license for this website, you can reset the license https://prnt.sc/rPcHwIdR7J7a on the website and add the new license there. Then let us know so we can remove the website from the old key.

I have now duplicated the website 2 times.
I have bought a 2 new licenses. (so 3 in total)
Unfortunately I am a bit lost when it comes to reset/activate the theme with the new licenses.
How should I do that? This is what I see on all my 3 websites:
