Hi, recently we are experiencing a strange issue, where other posts are added at the bottom of the page, above the footer. It seems to be added after our “related content” element as some kind of lazy load.
Where does this come from, and how can I turn it back off?
You can see it here, for instance: https://kongensoe.dk/vores-alkohol-behandling-er-helt-i-saerklasse/ – it is like the whole page is added below with header tag and everything. Right from the breadcumb.
I hope you can help me fix this.
Best, Thomas
Hello,
Are you sure that this option is disabled https://i.imgur.com/lQaNaIv.jpeg and the settings are saved?
Have you checked for a plugin conflict? Please deactivate ALL plugins, including wp bakery, except tagDiv ones; also, if you use a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache, and try again.
Thank you!
Yes, it is definately disabled. I tried playing around with the plugins, too. It seems the problem is only affecting some posts but not all. On https://kongensoe.dk/vores-alkohol-behandling-er-helt-i-saerklasse/ it is loading more content, but not on https://kongensoe.dk/vores-udsatte-center-2/ for instance. Is it some kind of oweflow in the related content that is causing this, perhaps?
Hi,
We can take a look at this and investigate the issue. Please get in touch with us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– wp-admin URL and credentials
– cPanel URL and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Also, during the investigation, know that we will disable the other non-tagDiv plugins.
Thank you!
