Hello,
I’ve returned to using the theme for the first time since 2018. However, when I tried to activate it with the license on a new WordPress installation, I received this error: “Envato API is down, please try again later.”
Do you have any advice on resolving this issue?
P.S.: The old website where the theme was previously used has been inactive for over two years.

Hi Lewis,
The issue you mention can happen in some cases unfortunately. It can be caused by plugin conflicts, or security/firewall restrictions from plugins or from the hosting. I will investigate the issue and try to find the cause. Please provide contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and please provide an admin login for the website, also if you use cPanel or something similar, please provide access to it as well.

Thank you, sir. I fixed the issue after changing the hosting. The error was due to the old server blocking outgoing requests—I’m not sure why.
Anyway, does the theme support RTL?

The Newsmag theme doesn’t quite support RTL unfortunately. There will most likely be design issues when used with RTL. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Please let us know if we can help with something else.
