theres a white bar at the top of the website (perspektive-online.net) and i cant find a way to remove it, neither in the tagdiv composer of the pages nor in the customizer. it also wasnt there on the stage website (stage.perspektive-online.net) where i built the pages and imported them to the original page.
can you help me figure out which plugin it is exactly? i couldnt find a cookie plugin.
Hello!
I think it is the GDPR Cookie Compliance. So, do you not use any extra plugins with the theme? Please get in touch with us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin URL and credentials
– a link to this topic to identify you
I’ll check your issues and try to help you as soon as possible.
Thank you!
Hi, im having the same problem again and cant figure out which plugin the problem comes from. Can you help me?
Hi,
From what I see there is a comma there -> https://prnt.sc/SQdOlLGGy9Xn Did you maybe add code after the body tag? Or maybe a plugin is loading it. I see that the last time the issue happened it was caused by a plugin that loaded code snippets on the website. Maybe it’s the same now.
But if you already checked and couldn’t find the cause, I can take a look as well. You can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login for the website, also please include a link to this topic.
Thank you!
Thank you. Yes i checked and its coming from the “WPCode Lite” plugin again. it seems to be coming from the plugin itself and not from single snippets, because it stays the way when i disable all snippets, but is removed when i disable the whole plugin. is there a way to get rid of it, because i actually need the plugin.
