Youtube thumbnails doesn't load

after adding youtube featured video link, in front page it shows blank, without video thumbnail, how can i solve?

hello,
we have the same issue. we have no featured image auto generated when setting a post to video post. is there any resolve for this?

Hello VLAD STERESCU,

Please ensure that you use the latest version of the theme and also, the latest version of required plugins. First of all, ensure that the Thumbnail is generated in your backend and if will not appear please let us know. Also, if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of them and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out any conflicting plugins.
If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer your setup page. Also, please provide the link of this topic so we can easily identify you.
