Is it possible to display share buttons for a post in a popup on mobile to keep design look good?

Sure. Please create a new page, edit it with the tagdiv Composer, add the social share element, and save. Edit your mobile page/mobile viewport, add a modal popup element, choose the source to be a page, and add the page ID there: https://app.screencast.com/qOacJ4NbdKEzU
