I am having an issue activating the theme, I use everything I am supposed to use and it comes back wanting me to create a new account, I have never had a problem with your guy’s themes like this before, can you help fix it?

Normally the theme only has to be activated once, with the optional option to create a forum account. Something must be wrong it if keeps asking for activation all over again. Maybe its a caching issue, there have been cases where the theme was not actually getting activated because of caching that affected the backend of the website (object cache).
