The background on my site doesn’t work. If I put a picture on the background, only logged-in users have it, but guests don’t.
I reset the cache, it didn’t help.
What could be the problem?

Hello!
It seems like a caching issue. Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache, and check again. Clear all the cache from any caching tools.
