Hello. The css above main homepage slideshow for some reason is working only on mobile. In dekstop is not wokring. how i solve this

Also in the homepage there is a block called latest articles that i cannot edit it for some reason.

I have added also a shop. and i cannot edit the cart and checkout pages. are there any settings in theme taht i can fix them?
