On my site I largely operate not on entries, but on “pages”.
For example: https://pokeserwis.pl/nintendo-switch/pokemon-scarlet-violet/
For such pages I do not use the builder, but only the content and select sidebar.
Always such a page has a template selection in the admin panel “Template” -> “Default template”.
What file is responsible for how it looks like? Making changes to the file in the location themes/newspaper/page.php nothing changes – even though I type in “test” or whatever, the changes are not visible.

Do you have the tagdiv Standard pack plugin activated? If yes, this is the path wp-content/plugins/td-standard-pack/Newspaper/page.php
If you don’t have the tagdiv Standard pack plugin activated this is the path wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/page.php
