the footer from mobile doesn’t have the same elements as the footer from pc and I can’t figure out how to make them match.

Do you have created a mobile page? If yes, you need to convert the header and footer -> https://www.screencast.com/t/HrjOBNayd to be able to edit with tagdiv Composer. Please check this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
