You can change it in the Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Theme fonts -> Modules and Blocks -Article Title: https://app.screencast.com/KhvrczQzrJbFD (you should have the Standard Pack plugin installed) or in the tagdiv Composer: https://app.screencast.com/wIuDVwB5MASU1
